In our school bushing our teeth is kinda a big problem here are some stuff to help your teeth. cheese , almonds and leafy greens — and foods high in phosphorous — such as meat, eggs and fish — can help keep tooth enamel strong and healthy. Note: parents make sure your kids brush their teeth every day.
